Follow these seven simple steps to make your listing more attractive, amplifying your views and increasing your booking requests.
1. Upload attractive photos
Great pics get clicks! Make your listing stand out amongst hundreds of others with a minimum of 3 well-composed photographs that show off your unique vehicle's features.

2. Craft a detailed description
First and foremost, mention all the features of your vehicle and suggest use cases that your vehicle would be particularly suitable for. Highlight features that aren’t a given or obvious in photos but would potentially interest a renter, like whether the rear seats fold or if there’s bluetooth audio input.
Be sure to add some personality to engage the renter and keep it detailed but concise, people don’t have all day.
3. Keep your settings up to date
Keeping your availability calendar up to date and booking preferences true is critical to your listing's success! If these are not accurate, you’re likely to receive unsuitable booking requests from renters which you’ll need to decline. Declining requests negatively impacts your acceptance rating, which will, in turn, negatively impact your rank in search results.
4. Be responsive and communicative
In addition to a having a high acceptance rating, having a short response time will bring your vehicle higher up in the search results and help make your listing more attractive - particularly to renters requiring vehicles in a hurry! Checking your emails regularly and accepting requests promptly will mean you don’t lose out on bookings and earnings.
Similarly, responding to renter questions quickly with helpful information will make a great impression and put you in a good position for a booking.
Being contactable after the booking is confirmed, to make pick up arrangements and answer questions or assist with issues, will help you create a great experience and get a great review at the end.
5. Get positive reviews

Yourdrive sends renters review reminders after their rental finishes but, if you know it’s getting close to the end of the 14-day review window, don’t hesitate to drop them a message giving them a nudge. Be sure to place your renter review as this will likely encourage them to place one for you too!
6. Offer a delivery service
Location is one of the most important factors in listing attractiveness and success! If you’re not located in a city centre or near a transport hub, consider offering delivery to the closest airport or CBD area to make your vehicle accessible to more people.
