Introducing the Yourdrive Support Centre

Being able to find information quickly when you need it is super important. That’s why we’ve built a brand new Support Centre. Of course, you can still contact our support team if you can’t find what you’re looking for or need help with something specific. However, we hope this new platform will make it easy to get answers to the most commonly asked questions about our platform. 

How it works

You can access the Yourdrive Support Centre anytime by going to support.yourdrive.co.nz

The first thing you’ll notice when you open the homepage is the big search bar at the top. Simply type your query in here to be shown all articles relating to your query. As you type, you’ll see relevant suggestions which you can click on popping up beneath the bar!

If you can’t find what you’re looking for or you'd like to browse all available articles, you can do so by selecting the relevant category (general, owner, or renter) through the tiles below the search bar.

To make the Support Centre as easy to navigate as possible, we’ve included a few handy features on our article pages.

On the left-hand side of each article page, you’ll find a column titled 'Articles in this section'. This enables you to navigate between articles within the same category without having to return to the category articles page each time.

If you need to navigate to a different section completely, you can do this by entering a new query in the search bar in the top right or by clicking the category breadcrumb. To navigate to the support home you can click the Yourdrive logo in the top right or 'Yourdrive support' breadcrumb.

Don't forget, if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, our support team is always available to help. Simply submit your query and contact details through our contact form and we'll get back to you.

 

We will be continually improving and expanding the Yourdrive Support Centre as we get user feedback and gain insights into how it's being used. So, check it out and let us know if there’s something else you'd like to see included!
